Puré de Habas
Ingredientes:
1 kilo de habas verdes 1 cucharada de orégano verde picados
1 taza de caldo de habas Sal y aceite a tu gusto
Preparación:
Las habas de cuecen con cáscara en agua con poca sal, se escurren y se pelan. Se pasa por un procesador de puré agregándoles luego el caldo, el aceite y el orégano. Se deja reposar un momento y se sirve. Hay que cuidar de no poner mucha sal a las habas al hervir, pues por si solas son muy fuertes.
