Basílica Virgen del Valle
Saludos a toda la comunidad, en esta ocasiona les traigo unas fotografías de la Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Valle.
Esta Basílica fue construida alrededor del 1894 y a partir del 8 de septiembre de 1955 fue declarada Basílica menor del Estado Nueva esparta, desde esa fecha es que se celebran las fiestas patronales de la Virgen del Valle.
Cada 8 de septiembre se celebra la bajada de la Virgen, donde se llevan a cabo misas y actos religiosos en su honor como patrona del Oriente Venezolano y protectora de los pescadores Margariteños.
