Hola Amigos, hoy les traigo una receta muy práctica para un postre exquisito. Se trata del carato de Mango...

Recordemos las bondades del Mango es nutritivo y aporta vitaminas A y C.

En suelos fértiles florecen con facilidad y abundancia.

Comencemos: Necesitas Mangos verdes según la cantidad que desees realizar por lo general uso 10 mangos para 4 porciones y Azúcar.

Así de practico. Colocamos los mangos a fuego medio. 25 minutos. Dejamos enfriar, luego extraemos la pulpa, licuamos y añadimos Azúcar al gusto. Y ya tenemos un excelente postre!!!! Con tan solo dos ingredientes!
