En una noche de lluvia pasando por una avenida de Maracay, detuvimos el auto para tomar unas fotos a esta hermosa planta que ornamentaba con esplendor. Era un contraste entre la oscuridad de la noche y el blanco resplandeciente de sus flores. Su nombre común: Amapola blanca o Adormidera. Nombre científico: Papaver somniferum
