Breath Hold Training for Spearfishing - My Stress Workout

I designed this workout to put my body under stress for spearfishing. I take three deep breaths and then do a lap and then do 50 pushups and repeat this for 3 sets.

You should have a spotter when doing breath hold training in the water.

This is my routine (I am NOT a professional) and you should work with a professional before you start training.
