I've 3d printed them for my classes until they were banned from school: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1802260
They can be found at Walmart and several convenience stores. They are known to sell out. You have a better selection on Amazon, but keep an eye on the delivery time. I saw something like 3 weeks when I was first looking.
