Of Love

Love, by its nature, is intrusive. Caring is often confused with meddling. One may find it easier to deal with people who are less involved than one's family. Love, by its nature, also has to be intentional. The willingness for the goodness of the object of love is essential. Freedom of choice is the foundation of love. Without the ability to make a choice according to one's will, love will simply be a meaningless word. Love seeks no return, it will not disappear due to lack of response. Love is not compulsive, not calculated. Love is a covenant.
