I remember awhile ago I was having a dream and my life was different obviously in the dream but in the dream I was so sure that was my reality so when I woke up I was like holy shit it was just a dream and got up and went on about my day as usual but then after awhile I woke up again into this reality and was really shocked that that wasn't my real reality either but I was so sure it was at the time! So then I was doing a lot of reality checks to make sure I was really awake and wasn't going to wake up again haha it was a strange experience but really made me question reality and dreams :D
