It should smudge your page :) I did set my intention while I was smudging to go beyond my physical vicinity, specifically towards steemit, discord etc.
Even if you dont share my post and you just sit quietly and imagine your Steemit page surrounded by light driving away negativity. You should feel the change. 😊
