I inhale
And feel
The breath of life
Entering through the tip of my nose
Greeting my body
From the head down to my feet
Filling it with life
My belly expands
Taking it all in
My mind relaxes
As I exhale
Letting go
Of my self-imposed barriers
And expanding
Into Wholeness
Peaceful Wholeness
