This Haunted Spirit cost me $7.50 USD and sold for $11.50 USD just 25 days later. I didn't have to build or market something, I just identified value acquired it for a great price and then sold it, pocketing the profits.

I do this sort of thing all the time with Peakmonsters, and you can to. Granted it requires some liquid DEC to begin operations. However, there are cards from every price point which could get you started. Only got $1.00, there are loads of under priced cards less than $1.00, sell for $2.00 and begin your own journey.

Currently I have about $400 USD worth of cards on the market, and they are each listed to provide a 30-50% profit to me. Of course Peakmonsters takes a slice, approximately 5% of the total sale price, but considering I require their site and user base to make this work, I'm happy with this agreement.
