Training prepare To POPDA 2018 Taekwondo

today we are preparing to face the Taekwondo championship which will be held in central Aceh district, Takengon Aceh, Indonesia,

sparring partner training is done so that athletes are accustomed to facing various opponents, as well as physical exercise, before kicking them first to warm up with running for 50 minutes, and pliometric exercises for 30 minutes, followed by kicking the target 40 minutes, and a light spark.

this intercultural championship activity is very intriguing among the students in particular, here they can hone their matching skills and matches and test their ability,

after this evrnt. they will follow a higher level, and can prepare themselves for the better in the future, by facing a formidable laean laean from different provinces and countries.
