In this video, I talk about a short period of time in the 1990s when the NBA decided to shorten the 3-point line!

Nowadays, the three-pointer is a huge part of the NBA and basketball in general. Teams today are taking about 35-40% of their total field goal attempts from beyond the arc, which is completely different from the NBA 20-30 years ago.
