just like tennis but in a room and you play against a wall. its extremely fast paced. usually my friends and my self would play tennis then racquetball or vise versa.
Ohhhh, you mean "squash" :D . I tried 3 times and is awesome! You leave there in a wheelchair :))
ya, after like an hour just dead legs lol, i love playing 2 on 2 or 3 vs 1, makes for amazing leg days.
You would definitely never skip leg day.... or leg week i can say :))
