Each of these exercises can be performed by any fitness level and I highly recommend practicing each of these within your own fitness training. I personally try to incorporate each of these into my workouts somewhere throughout the week.
In order to do so I will offer a personal example of using a Scapular pull up to prime my muscles before the full range of motion pull up. I have also performed each of these structured together as a circuit performing 10-15 reps and 2 or 3 times each. You will find that each of these exercises place your body on a different angle and isolate the shoulder on either the front, outside or rear of the shoulder joint, moving through the shoulder blades.

Below are My Top 5 Shoulder Strengthening Exercises that exclusively use your own body weight as resistance that I have put together for the Steemit Community to enjoy :)

Downward Dog Scapular Press

Scapular Push up

Scapular Pull up

Bodyweight Scapular Row

Bodyweight Shrug

These exercises are intended to assist in strengthening the support surrounding the shoulder joint and with such a mobile area it is best to take good care in its maintenance. Please be sure to perform a throughout warm up on your shoulders, moving through the full range of motion before practicing these exercises on your own.
We are all privileged to have a free lifetime gym membership through bodyweight exercises. These exercises can be done anywhere and with diligent practice can be mastered!
