UEFA Champions League Final Recap: Bayern Munich beat PSG 1-0 to secure 6th title.
From my Final Preview post last weekend, we now recap what happened on the match yesterday.
Results
It was a former PSG player who won the game for Bayern as Kingsley Coman haunts his old club. Coman guided Bayern Munich to victory with his second half header. Manuel Neuer was also a difference maker for Bayern as he made many fine saves, standing solid in goal for Bayern.
It was a great moment for the team, and manager Hansi Flick to win the title as he was just installed as interim manager last November. Bayern Munich also made history as the only team European Cup history to win every match en route to lifting the trophy.
PSG came short once again, as their expensive stars Neymar and Kylian Mbappe missed chances to guide PSG to glory. PSG have now spent £820 million on transfer fees for their players since 2011, which didn't translate on the pitch as they continue to wait on their first Champions League Title.
Man of the Match
The Man of the match for me is Kingsley Coman, even I didn't expect him to be on the starting lineup for Bayern. He was the only change from the win against Lyon in the semi finals. The winger was a threat the whole time he was on the pitch, down the left flank. It was his goal which made the difference, to propel Bayern to European Glory.

For now I thing Bayern are the best Football team in the world. They surely are. It seems like they give other team no time on the ball. When they have the ball they are clinical.
Thanks man,
Yeah I think they are the best Football Club in the world at the moment, they were unstoppable this season after they changed coaches.
What do you think of Messi handing in a transfer request?
I don't know ....
The game against Bayern Messi was missing. Lol
I think the transfer matter might be a publicity stunt. He surely isn't the player he was. He has been with Barsa all his life . A move away might actually do him good.
Talks are he might join City. heeeem
Yeah I think City will be the best fit for him, at 33 his career is coming to an end, not the player he was before but still one of the greatest of all time.
