Very nice. You're talking about clearly unsportsmanlike behaviour. If such an attack is carried out intentionally, it is unfair and against the rules. If it happens accidentally, common decency dictates that the finger-sticker should withdraw from the fight. Victim blaming is never right.

Since moral values are generally not so splendid, a penalty for a finger jab is just as appropriate as a foul in football / soccer.
