Sepak Takraw or Kick Volleyball or footvalley is one of the best ball game with acrobatics move,Sepak Takraw is a native sports at Southest Asia with an small rattan ball to an old generation rattan balls are made by climbing palms. But the new generations made some synthetic rubberised plastic rattan ball to make it easy when you are looking for a rattan ball.

Sepak Takraw is played between two teams and each team must be 2-4 members Takraw is a great sports it allows to use your head,knee,feet and chest to touch the ball and to attack opponent over the 5 feet height of net.

Sepak Takraw is similar to Volleyball players only allows maximum of three contacts with the ball to get it over the net using knee,feet ,chest or head.Since Takraw is native sports in Southest Asia! Like volley and basketball sepak takraw is also one of the best sports of the Filipino Athletes.
