I really rate Ruben I think his a great player he has just not been given the time and opportunity to shine at Chelsea. Hopefully with Lampard there he will get more game time
Yea... Ruben is a really talented player and very strong for his age. With Lampard as their new manager, there is a huge chance for him to become a regular starter for Chelsea to really showcase his abilities and qualities. He has all it takes to grow to become one of the best midfielders in the world.
