Why did the PCB call Courtney Walsh's agent at midnight

Courtney Walsh's agent recovers the phone, but he is awakened to sleep, saying that Mr. Right now it is 2pm in Kingston Jamaica and it is not possible to wake Courtney Walsh from midnight, you call in the morning.
