My Pick is Astros to Take Game 2 of World Series

Dodgers' Rich Hill (3.32 ERA) actually has a slightly better season ERA than Astros' Verlander (3.36 ERA) but I don't think it will matter much here. Verlander has been almost lights out during this postseason with a 1.46 ERA over 24 2/3 innings. Astros know what they are up against should they lose this game. Dodgers' Kershaw looms large and the possibility of having to beat him twice in this series would be a struggle to say the least. Astros need at least one win on the road in order to win this World Series and I think this is the game they will do it. My pick is a close game but Astros getting the W at the end.

    This was an amazing game...even if your a Dodgers fan you were entertained. Looks like things will get interesting back in Houston.

    I agree with you on the outcome (Astros win) but i think Hill is going to struggle early in this game. It will allow Verlander to get even more comfortable with an early lead and settle in to his groove. I heading to the casino soon to put my money where my mouth is =)

      Wow, what a game. Have no idea how Houston managed to win this. Thought it was game over when Dodgers led 3-1 and knowing how dominant their bullpen has been throughout the postseason. Back and forth lead changes were amazing. Instant classic.

      I thought it was over when Jansen came in, then somehow he blew it. Then pretty much everybody in both bullpens blew it lol. Best game I've ever watched though, hands down. And congrats on winning 7 picks in a row! Impressive
