If you are allergic or present a health problem remember to talk with your doctor.
BTW it is very good to site the source of the images you used. One other thing that you might consider, if the quoted text above is from another source you should probably add the source to the post as well.
Thanks, I'm confused about quoting on this platform. I will read and investigate how it is done. Again thanks.
You are fine, the simple rule: If you copy the text or picture from somewhere, just say where you got it from. Many people also put copied text in block quotes as you did in your post.
Thank you. I will be more careful.
Hey @sphya, great post. A tag you might consider for content like this is the #ghsc there are several people who enjoy natural medicine in the group. I just helped them start a comment contest so it might help to get some engagement on your posts.
Hello! @ Thanks for your comment. It seems like a great contest because it encourages us to participate and know plants and their medicinal uses that we did not know about.
It is a great group and there are several people in the group who are very good with natural remedies and just about anything for sustainable living. There are a few other Venezuelans in the community as well.
@cecicastor Just thought you might say hello, if you are able to get online soon...
I think I was late, I must comment there in the account @cecicastor? I spent my power to comment.
No, you don't need to comment. You don't even need to waste the RC to reply to me. I was just tagging @cecicastor, thinking that she might say hello. She's been having some internet issues lately. If she has a gina bot on a discord server then she gets a notification that I tagged her. Save your RC power to create more posts, only comment when necessary for now.
Great post. I learned a few more things about dandelion. It's odd, I have reservations about trying it and I don't know why.
If you ever have questions never hesitate to ask. Most of the people on the platform are very helpful.
As you may know @coinsandchains featured you in this week's @pifc's Pay It Forward Curation Contest.
Don't be afraid to try it, if you are picking it from your yard just make sure you have not sprayed for bugs or weeds lately... lol.
If you are eating it raw it does have a slightly bitter taste. Adding it to a salad with a nice balsamic vinegar and oil it's pretty good.
It also works well to help alleviate bee stings. A couple Dandelion leaves and a couple Plantain leaves crushed up then placed over a sting numbs the pain and seems to draw out the poison.
Oh very cool. I don't use pesticides or chemicals and normally in the spring we have a fair amount. I'll just have to step out of my comfort zone and do it. I've considered even making wine.

Thanks for sharing.
Hello! Sautéed shoots are tasty in salads. The Olive Oil, a little bit of pepper, to the taste of course, more garlic gives it an excellent flavor. My grandmother prepared them that way. You must make sure that you are not allergic, because many times we consume some food and it turns out that we are allergic to it.
Thank you for comment.
