STACH Short Story Contest #19: My Entry

They were six in the group and decided to play around in the abandoned park. They thought that it will be the best place to play since the vacant lot is quite huge and no one will restrict them, cause nobody was there, except for the six of them.

They started at mid afternoon and as time goes by, the surroundings was getting darker. Hey Trina, let's go home now, said Lucy. Aside from Trina, two more answered that they did not want to go home yet. So, they still stayed and played until they heard something. What was that? Did you heard that? Mary asked with a trembling voice. I told you guys, let's go home now, this place was said to be haunted, said Lucy.

The curious Kerry walked in the direction of one of the abandoned attraction there. Saw some marks in the walls, could be fingerprints or what, she wondered. All of her friends were screaming already, do not go near that haunted trail, it's getting creepy already. Suddenly a gusty wind gave them a chilling feeling. All they did was run away from that abandoned park without looking back.
