I am a little different thinker just think about if everyone grts an equal salary then why would someone educat himself more to get a good seat? there will be no difference in between non educated middle educated and highly educated
all will be equalbecause of salary no one will work hard enough and no compitision occurs
I am in favor of increased salary by the way. as you mentioned at least 5000$ is what all get
