Darth Vader and his Stormtrooper

Costumes I put together for Halloween 2017!

I collected all the pieces for these costumes literally 2 days before Halloween and my Star Wars crazy boyfriend was over the moon about it. The Stormtrooper pants were an old pair of white jeans which I painted black stripes onto. The boots and belt were old items I already had which I spray painted white on the day. I even cut out and sewed together Darth’s cape a few hours before the party! The corset and gloves I already owned, and the masks, helmet and lightsabers were bought. Unfortunately I couldn’t find the Stormtrooper rifle anywhere so I carried a lightsaber too (much more fun to fight with anyway!)

We were by far the best dressed at the party! 🎉🎃
