Foreign media InsiderGaming today took stock of the most anticipated multi-platform launch games in 2026, saying that 2026 will be more exciting after 2025's "Hades 2", "Hollow Knight: Song of Silk" and "Light and Shadow: Expedition 33".
1.Resident Evil: Requiem (Resident Evil Requiem)
Highlights: Capcom's new, RE engine, new protagonist Grace Ashcroft investigates the death at the Wrenwood Hotel. Released on February 27, 2026 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the series.
- Gears of War: E-Day
Highlight: Return to the origins, focusing on Marcus and Dom’s battle on the first day of the Locust invasion. Developed by The Coalition and People Can Fly, it will launch day-one on Xbox Game Pass.
- Forza Horizon 6
Highlight: Unveiled at Tokyo Game Show 2025, set in Japan. Further details will be revealed in early 2026; a PS5 version will launch later, and it will be available on Game Pass simultaneously.
- Halloween
