Yeah, it will change the landscape back to what it used to be for the most part, plus people will get curation-rewards for upvoting comments which I think is a good thing.
I also like that delegating vote-power is introduced, because it is a good first step towards a better solution for decentralising voting better so that the platform can grow in users.
@sneak has been doing a great job in that department IMO, and I am looking forward to see @ned continue to grow his vision alongside the good forces of steemians.
