I would be very happy if you could build in a possibility to refuse a payment for a comment/user via a 1-100% flag on a certain comment by the creator of the bounty, is this possible?
We are going to build a feature that if creator flags with 1% or more there will be no payment whatsoever. Do you think that is good enough?
Sounds great :) A Blacklist or something like this is not neceserry i think. With this new feature i don´t see any future problems in using steem-bounty - perfect :D!
