Newcomer Curators Team Application November 2025 :"Pathfinders"
Greetings dear friends.
With view of new month in our hearts, we want response to the call on Steemit update and we have decided to apply for curation program during the month of November to support newcomers.
Our mission will not only be to provide votes and tips for the assigned account, but also to motivate them to interact and generate a culture of growth in terms of increasing Steem Power.
Our role in supporting the growth of new users represents a great responsibility.
At first, it is important and necessary to verify and validate each user's authenticity, check the contest originality and guide their activity so they add value to the platform not all about just postings.
Last month we were four but this month one reputable steemians join us. It is our privilege to introduce to you TEAM PATHFINDERS. The team is made up of @drhira, @sur-riti @tammanna, @dequeen and @candra8692. This established team is focused on ensuring the well-being of the platform.
Team member Details
I'm Sur-Riti, an Indian. I hold a postgraduate degree and an MBA. I was an administrative officer in the Medical and Health Department in India, where I took voluntary retirement and started my own business.
I now run my own online clothing and surgical equipment business. I've a passion for writing short stories, novels, and on various topics since childhood. I joined Steemit three years ago, on July 22, 2022 and write my 1st post in December 2022 . I always help newcomers learn how to write quality posts.
I haven't withdrawn any funds in my three years on Steemit. I want to stay on the Steemit platform and help newcomers. I've also worked as a moderator more then 7 months with Incredible India. In October 2025, I was a member of the Newcomer Curator Team.

This is @drhira, joined Steemit platform on May 2021, its about 4 years have completed successfully. Though interaction with different friends and family I was able to overcome all the challenges which I had faced when I was newcomer.
Since the time I have joined Steemit platform I am working actively without any power down history, hence sharing my daily diary, participation in contests and also in challenges its awesome experience; I am in love when I interact and engaged with my friends posts. I have selected once for steemcurator02 in November, 2024. Now, I am working in newcomers curator team for the month October, 2025. I will continue my work with consistency and passion.

I am @tammanna, on this renowned platform, Steemit, I started my journey in July 2023. And my reputation is now 75. I’ve worked in many communities and also been verified there. Through my various posts, I have brought out many creative sides of mine, like cooking, drawing, crafting, blogging, and creative writing. Alhamdulillah, I’ve got a lot of support and encouragement from this platform, which always motivates me, and I have come this far successfully. As a moderator, I’ve been serving in the Ladies' universe steem for pakistan and the Nature & Agriculture community.

I really respect my seniors because it's from their knowledge that I can grow and learn a lot about Steemit. I'm one of the Steemian who always respects my seniors, because I always realize that it's through them that I learn more about Steemit. My name is Esther Edem Archibong, know as @dequeen. I joined steemit May 2021 and since then I've been actively posting till now. I came to like the creativity, skills learned, and other activities on the blog and choose to remain active.
I'm from Nigeria, the giant of Africa, I was born and raised in my country, and out of the many languages in my country, I understand and speak English, Ibibio and Nigerian pidgin.I like reading post from all areas in the platform, ranging from crypto,health, foods, lifestyle art and craft, creative writing etc.
I have invite different newbie to the platform and trained them on how to write creative content.I am passionate about them their growth in the ecosystem. Currently, I am moderator in Steem-fashion and style and steem kitchen. This helps me to have maximum interaction with user.
This October was the most happiest months because I was given opportunity to curate, explore different newcomer post and advise them when need be.

Why we can be a good curation team
From the above details ,Our team is made up of five users committed to the well-being of the platform. Each of us has the ability and experience to guide new users, with the goal of fostering a quality participatory culture. Each users are familiar with AI, Chat GPT and double plagiarism detector.
Also, strict action will be taken against fake account holders either using AI, ChatGPT and efforts will be made to teach them the steps to work honestly and through .
Finally, we can say that we will try to provide all the facilities and arrangements so that new comer do not have any problems working here and from the very beginning they can present their skills and creativity here with honesty, dedication and hard work.
We are fully ready, determined, dedicated,committed to served others only looking for approval opportunity.
