Assalamu Alaikum,
My father-in-law suffered a heart attack two days ago and is critically ill. Initially, thinking it was just chest pain, he was admitted to the Sadar Hospital, but the blood test report there turned out to be incorrect. As the chest pain did not subside, he was brought to Dinajpur that night and, following a doctor's advice, admitted to the Diabetes Hospital because he had diabetes. Admitting him there was a mistake on our part. The next day, he was admitted to the CCU at the Zia Heart Foundation in Dinajpur.
Since I was at home, it was urgent for me to go and see him. I left home that morning, went to the bus counter, bought a ticket, and headed straight for Dinajpur. As it was a Friday, the bus was relatively empty and the journey was smooth; I arrived in Dinajpur by 12:00 PM. From there, I planned to go to my wife's sister's house, as visiting hours for the patient in the CCU were restricted. On my way to her house, I picked up some chips and chocolates for the children and arrived there safely.
After performing the Jumu'ah prayers and having lunch, we headed to Zia Heart Foundation. We took food for the patient and visited my father-in-law in the CCU. My wife served him the meal. Just as we were feeding him lunch, a nurse arrived and handed us a bill for a test. A blood test had revealed an infection in my father-in-law's blood, necessitating regular testing. We left after lunch and plan to visit again at night.
After returning home, I took an afternoon nap. In the evening, I received a call from the hospital stating that a specific medicine was needed. Although the hospital had medicines available, we were sourcing all medications from outside, so we had to rush there in the evening. We arrived in the evening and stayed until 11 PM.

After arriving and purchasing the medicine, we stopped at a tea stall for some tea. Afterward, we waited in front of the hospital. My sister was bringing dinner; after the patient finished eating, we needed to consult the doctor regarding the discharge date and the next course of action. The doctor had recommended an angiogram, but the procedure is currently on hold because the blood infection and diabetes are not yet under control. We returned home at 11 PM.
