Today I am happy to participate in a great competition. Today's competition is very important, I am happy to participate in the S27W1; Physiofit; Pain-free Challenge competition in the first week of the STEAM Learning Challenge Season 27. For this, I would like to thank the director of this competition @ashkhan a lot.
Task 1: First you have to share your knowledge about pain, it's type and pathology.
Pain is a warning that comes into the body and warns people, that is, it tells us about a problem that has arisen in your body, so you are feeling pain. And when we feel such pain, we understand that there is a problem in our body or that we are feeling pain due to an injury. Basically, pain is felt due to a problem in the body. And pain is a kind of discomfort that is caused by an illness or injury.
Pain is usually divided into two parts;
- Acute pain
- Chronic pain

Acute pain
Acute pain is basically what is felt due to general pain, and it does not last very long and is cured in a short time or a few days. For example, you may feel pain in your neck due to carrying a load, and this is acute pain, it does not last long and it can be easily cured through first aid, that is, exercise. Again, many times while playing, we feel some pain in our legs which is acute pain, it usually gets better after exercising for a few days. However, it should be remembered that if acute pain does not heal in a few days with first aid, then you should consult a doctor quickly, otherwise it can turn into chronic pain.

Chronic pain
When you feel pain in the body for six months or more, and it does not heal easily, then you should understand that it is chronic pain. And this is called chronic pain. You may feel a lot of pain due to bone loss in the joints and spine, then you need to exercise regularly and take regular treatment and advice from a doctor. Due to chronic pain, our mind and mentality are completely destroyed, and we do not feel like doing anything, so to get rid of chronic pain, it is very important to consult a doctor and seek advice from experts.

Pathology
Pain is an uncomfortable feeling in human life. When our body is injured or burned or feels any other pain, then the painful area of our body becomes red. If we treat it quickly through medical science, then it can easily get better. And if we leave it untreated, then its pain will turn into chronic pain. And there can be many uncomfortable consequences. So if we can eliminate acute pain seriously through various primary treatment or exercises, then it will be very beneficial for us.
Task 2: You have to find a patient with the symptom and share history of injury or illness. You can also share your history too if your suffer from any injury recently or previously that hasn't treated yet.
I loved sports, whenever I had time, I used to play cricket and football. In the past, I used to get severe pain in my legs because I hit a brick while shooting, which caused my legs to hurt and cause a lot of pain. I did not seek medical treatment, but after resting for a few days and getting some relief, I did not seek any further treatment. I thought that this pain would go away easily, and this was the cause of my chronic leg pain.
And sometimes after waking up, I feel tension in my neck, one of the reasons is that I cannot carry a load on my head, but when I was at home, I had to carry a load on my head when necessary, and that's when I started getting pain in my neck, that's when the pain started, now I have to consult a doctor and take medicine. But when I saw this exercise post, I also started exercising regularly, and I seem to be gradually getting benefits.
- Many times, I feel a lot of tension in my leg muscles while walking.
- Sometimes I feel severe pain when turning my neck.
Task 3: It would be better if you treat the patient pain by performing or applying above given exercises or tips, share videos or pictures while performing and then review after getting treatment.
If there is neck pain or tension in the veins, due to which you feel pain. Then first of all, you will bend your head to the left with your left hand over your head, then your left ear will be about to touch the left shoulder. Then in the same way, on the right, this will put tension on the veins in your neck. Then you will have to take a handkerchief or towel and place it on your neck and rotate your neck with your left hand, then it will be done, this should be done for at least 20 seconds. As I have shown in the video.
Try to do the exercise like this. Hold it for at least 20 seconds each time. Not much effectiveness is achieved in less than 20 seconds. If you can do this several times, I hope you will feel a lot of comfort. This was my neck exercise.
Now I will show you exercises to relieve lower abdominal pain and relieve pain in different parts of the body. You will lie down on the floor with your back facing down, then keep your arms straight and both legs raised equally and place your feet on the ground. Then slowly raise your right leg up, the knee will rise to the stomach. In this way, for 20 seconds, similarly raise the left leg and hold it for 20 seconds. Make sure that it is not less than 20 seconds.
Then we will stand up and put our right leg on the chair to relieve pain due to muscle pain or due to tension of the rod at different times. We will lean forward a little and keep both hands on the waist. We will hold it for 20 seconds in the same way so that the muscles are tense and the purpose of this exercise is achieved. In this way, if we continue to exercise daily through our exercises, then hopefully we will be able to get rid of pain-related diseases very easily, InshaAllah.
