Ingredients for My Recipe

Ingredients Name	Amount
Potatoes	4-5 piece big size
Small Fish	As needed
Onion	2 piece chopped
Chilli	As required
Salt	As required
Oil	As required
Garlic	As required
Turmeric Powder	½ tsp
Water	As Needed

Explanation of My Recipe

Today I am going to share a recipe with you all.Let's get started,

🔹Step I

	cleaned the Potatoes with water

First, I take a few large-sized potatoes and peel them. Then I cut them into thin slices. After cutting, I wash them thoroughly with clean water.

🔹Step II

Next, I chop the required amount of onion and green chili.

🔹Step III

Now, I drain the water from the potatoes and take them into a frying pan. Then I add the chopped onion and green chili.

🔹Step IV

	Add to Garlic pest

	Little amount of chili powder

After that, I add oil, garlic paste, salt as required, turmeric powder, and a little chili powder.

🔹Step V

Then, using a spatula, I mix all the ingredients very well. I add a very small amount of water.

🔹Step VI

Next, I turn on the stove and cook for a while. After that, I add small fish, cover the pan with a lid, and cook on medium heat. After some time, the water dries up.

🔹Step VII

	Using Tag

Finally, I finish cooking on low heat. My potato fry with small fish is ready. I a photo using tags. It is very delicious to eat.
