Hello friends, I hope everyone is well. By the grace of God, I am doing very well. I have come to participate in the fifth episode of the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 27. Today's topic for the fifth week is dessert recipes with bread or Vermicelli. No person does not like dessert. Every person likes dessert after eating. Also, in our native culture, desserts are served at all kinds of events. Out of various desserts, I will make a dessert with bread today.

Today, the name of the dessert recipe that I will make with bread is Malai Roll. It is very delicious to eat and also looks very attractive. So, without further delay, let's go to the main recipe.

🖌️Have you tried any bread dessert at home?

Yes, I have made sweets with bread many times at home. I made rasmalai with bread, which was very delicious to eat. The taste of which is still stuck in my mouth. Making rasmalai with bread is very beautiful. And after soaking it in milk, it becomes even softer and great to eat.

The ingredients I needed to make this recipe are

Ingredients
Ten pieces of bread
A few nuts
A few cashews
A few varieties
10 gram powdered milk
2 tablespoons sugar
Half liter liquid milk

Step One
To make the recipe, I will make a khirsa or puri. To make it, first I took some liquid milk in a pan. Now I started to thicken it by adding 20 grams of powdered milk to this liquid milk.

Step Two
At one stage, I made it a thick and dark puri. Then, slowly, when the puri was ready, I turned off the stove

Step Three
At this stage, I cut off the black parts from around the bread to make the rolls. In this way, I removed the black parts from all the bread and made it suitable for making rolls.

Step Four
Now, to roll the bread, I pressed the bread a little with a balloon and made it thin. In this way, I rolled all the bread with the balloon and made it a little thin so that it could be rolled perfectly.

At this stage, I took the first prepared whole bread and made it into a roll.

Step Six
In this way, I made all the bread into rolls. And I heated the milk well by adding two tablespoons of sugar to half a cup of milk.

Step Seven
Now, to put it on the rolls, I chopped some almonds and cashews. And spread these nuts on the bread rolls.

Step Eight
At this stage, I put a raisin on each roll for decoration so that it looks very beautiful. And I poured the milk that was previously prepared into these rolls.

Step Nine
I poured the milk and gave the rolls some time to soak. At one point, the rolls were nicely soaked in the milk, and they swelled up.

At this point, it was ready to serve.

Now I took the roll in a container and wrote the name of the ID I used and the date on a paper next to it, and took a final picture to finish making my recipe.

🖌️Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.

I did not have any difficulty in making this recipe. Because I have made malai rolls with bread before. So, from previous experience, I did not have any difficulty in making malai rolls with bread today. I made it in a very short time and without any problem. It took me a very limited time to make this dessert recipe. And I did not find any problem while making it. Rather, I was very happy while making it to eat it after making it. So I made the recipe with great joy.

🖌️At what occasion do you want to make it?

I make it as a snack when a guest comes to my house. Sometimes this snack is eaten before eating heavy food. And sometimes it is eaten as a dessert after eating porridge. Sometimes I make it as a short snack. This food is very popular with children. So I often make it for an afternoon snack for my children. Especially when guests come to my house, and on various occasions, this recipe is made in my house. So whenever guests come to my house, I make this recipe.
