Are Habits good or bad for us? Let's Talk

Good Evening all from Bangladesh.
We get used to various things in our lives, many new habits are formed in us. Just as some habits have a terrible effect on us, some habits change us beautifully. In fact, every thing has two sides, one side of which does something good, the other side does something bad, that is, one is the opposite of the other.
So how good are the various habits that we are getting used to for us? Are the habits actually making us happy? This question is natural, yes, habits are good for us but it depends on the nature of the habit. If you develop the habit of taking a bath regularly in the morning, then undoubtedly it is happy for you, but if you get used to smoking, then it is definitely not good.
So we have to first examine the nature, understand whether it is desirable or not, then we can say whether it is good or bad for us. Habits are certainly good if they are not developed with something good, otherwise they will cause a lot of harm to us. Something good can certainly have a good effect on our lives.
