SLC27-W4 // "Desserts From Eggs And Gelatin"

I invite all my Steemit friends to the fourth week of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 27. In the fourth week, our beloved @suboohi mam has organized the Desserts From Eggs And Gelatin competition, every week we are getting a great experience of making some new dessert items. I am very happy to be a part of this competition.
Dessert is a dish that doubles the taste of our food. Our various festive occasions are not complete without dessert. Dessert brings perfection to our meals. Our special moments, festivals and events and desserts complement each other.
Why eggs are added in desserts?? What kind of texture they give?? .
Eggs are used in making desserts because they are important for the texture, richness, and flavor of desserts. Eggs help hold the ingredients used in desserts together, giving them structure and preventing them from falling apart. Eggs trap air, which expands when the dessert is baked, making the dessert light and fluffy. Eggs add moisture to the batter used in dessert making, which makes the dessert soft and tender. Egg yolks help mix the oil and water well and create a creamy and smooth texture. Eggs give the dessert a thick, rich, creamy consistency.

I have prepared the ingredients used to make egg pudding in quantity. Below are the ingredients along with the quantity:

Step 1:
To make the egg pudding, first make a mixture. For this, first add three eggs, sugar and vanilla essence to a clean mixing bowl.

Step 2:
I stirred everything very well and mixed it. I stirred continuously until the sugar melted and mixed it. I made a mixture by beating the eggs and sugar.

I mixed the mixture I had made by combining eggs, sugar and vanilla essence with the milk. Then I stirred everything very well.

Step 4:
After making the egg pudding mixture, I put a pan on the stove. I added 5 tablespoons of sugar to the pan to make the caramel. While making the caramel, keep the stove on medium heat and wait for the caramel to get a nice color. When it turns brown, I take the pan off the stove.

Step 5:
While the caramel was still hot, I set it in the pot I would be making the pudding in. After the caramel set, I poured the milk-sugar mixture into the pot. Then I shook the pot and set it so that there were no lumps inside.

Step 6:
I put a large pot on the stove and preheated it for five minutes, then put the pudding pot in. I will wait 40 minutes for the perfect egg pudding. I covered the pot with a lid.

Step 7:
After forty minutes, I turned off the stove, now I will remove the foil paper from the mouth of the mold and serve. For this, I very carefully unmolded the egg pudding by placing the mold on a clean container. Alhamdulillah, the final look of the egg pudding recipe turned out amazing.

No, I had no difficulty in making this recipe. Because I have made this recipe of Egg Pudding With Caramel before. My kids like it a lot. The pudding recipe is delicious as well as nutritious, that's why I make this recipe for my kids from time to time. But every time I unmold the pudding, I get very tense whether the pudding will unmold properly. But every time after unmolding, my disappointment turns into happiness. This time too was no exception, I was able to unmold the egg pudding recipe perfectly.
