Welcome to the world of Steem Atlas. Today I am here to participate in the 5th week of engagement competition organized by @dasudi & @lirvic. The topic here is SLC-S27/W5 | The Good Food Route - Traditional dessert. Today I will review a sweet shop in my city.

Elora Sweets is located at one end of Sakhipur city. This is a restaurant which is famous only for its desserts. If you want to go to this restaurant at the beginning, you have to go directly to Sakhipur bus stand. Then from there, walking, you will see Orphanage Road on the left side of the road. After walking for a while along that road, this restaurant is on the right side of the road. This restaurant is open from 10 am to 10 pm. If you go along this road, you will see the name of this restaurant on a huge signboard in front.

After entering, you will notice several items, the first thing you will see is the dessert item. There are basically different types of desserts for which this restaurant has become famous. You will see different types of desserts arranged in a glass. These desserts are arranged very neatly so that they can attract customers from a distance. They are stored in a glass glass so that mosquitoes cannot enter inside it.

• Let us now introduce you to some great desserts. As you all know, Tangail city is famous for its desserts. This is the only real dessert made in our city in the whole of Bangladesh. • If you try this dessert once, you will never forget the taste of this dessert. These desserts are made only in a clean and original process, that is why they are so tasty. You can see here sandesh made of pure milk. They are made completely organically and are made by hand so that people can understand the taste of a human hand. These sandesh are round and white in appearance.

• Let us now give you a little idea about big rasgolla. There are different types of rasgolla, but in our Tangail city, all types of rasgolla are made, and this is possible only in Tangail city. The people of all the upazilas in Tangail city have gained great knowledge about sweets, so they can make them.

• You can see different sizes of sweets in this restaurant. Among them, big rasgolla is the most popular. There are many people who like to eat big sweets. Moreover, there are many people who like to eat small sweets, that is why medium and small sized sweets are made there. You cannot choose the sweets as per your wish.

In the outdoor kitchen, a man is busy cooking on the road, he is preparing various types of food and supplying it for packing inside. My friends were sitting on the neatly arranged tables and chairs of the restaurant. I was taking pictures from outside but they were sitting there chatting.

Let's now know what we ate at this restaurant. As it was lunch time when we went, we wanted to have a light lunch. All of us friends were sitting at a table and we ordered the special soft paratha of that restaurant.

Paratha is a very famous and famous dish of this restaurant which is eaten by all the people. But if you have a big appetite then this food will not satisfy you. We ordered paratha, rasgolla and vegetables there.

Everyone had lunch there according to their preferences and I took pictures of all the food little by little. For the convenience of the people, there is a very good space there so that people feel comfortable. I noticed that there are three clean glass glasses provided which are only for drinking water.

It is located in the very center of the city, so all the people come and go after noon. If a restaurant has a lot of people, then it is important to add it there. I noticed that there is a CCTV camera with which the owner of this restaurant is always watching.

There you can see a very nice lighting system that will reflect our eyes. The decoration inside was nice. Then I finally saw some boxes that look like dessert storage boxes. But there is the logo of this restaurant with its name written on it.

We have famous sweets in every region of Bangladesh, but since we are under the jurisdiction of Tangail city, every sweet shop follows Tangail's favorite sweets. Every restaurant or sweet shop has the taste of Tangail's popular sweets. So it is located in Tangail Sakhipur city, that's why all the sweet craftsmen like Tangail city make sweets here. Among them, the most famous sweet is Rasgolla. It is an emotional sweet for all Bengalis. It looks a little big and white. But there is dessert juice inside it.

Big Rasgolla

Every restaurant has its own famous dessert. However, the most iconic dessert they serve at this establishment is the multi-colored dessert. To make each dessert, a lot of milk has to be bought the day before and this dessert is made with very fresh milk. You can see small multi-colored sweets there. I have named this dessert Multi-colored Mini Sweets. Although this sweet looks small, but if you taste this sweet once, you will never be able to tell the taste of this sweet.

In fact, it is true that our Tangail district is famous for its desserts. Because it is famous in Bangladesh. People from any part of Bangladesh know that there is no dessert above the quality of Tangail's desserts. However, since a question has been asked in this competition, I want to try a European dessert. Its name is Baklava. Although the name may sound a little strange, it is a very wonderful dessert. It is a traditional dessert of Turkey and Greece, and a popular dessert in those countries. It is made with almonds and honey syrup in a thin pastry layer. So I want to try it.
