In this engagement challenge, I will be sharing my talents and experiences with you. So let's begin.

01 Why eggs are added in desserts?? What kind of texture they give??

Sometimes eggs are very important in making some sweets because using eggs in sweets makes them very tasty. Eggs make the sweets much more attractive. There are many types of sweets made with eggs, among which puddings and cakes are very popular with everyone, young and old. They are very tasty. Moreover, using eggs in any dessert greatly enhances the taste of that dessert. When making sweets with eggs, the texture of these sweets is very different because the eggs help the sweets set very easily and also enhance the taste of the sweets. Any type of dessert or pudding made with egg whites and yolks is very enjoyable to eat. The egg whites help to firm up the pudding.

Ingredients

Eggs | 6

Milk | 3 cups

Sugar | 1 cup

Condensed Milk | 1/2 cup

Vanilla essence | 1 teaspoon

02 Make any recipes that you like most from eggs or gelatin, with a detailed step-by-step procedure along with images.

Method

  1. To make caramel: Take 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl and make caramel over low heat. Once the caramel is done, pour it into a pudding bowl and swirl the bowl to create a layer of caramel.

  1. Prepare the egg mixture: In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, remaining sugar, and vanilla essence together well. Make sure the egg mixture is smooth.

  1. Steaming: Place a stand in a large pot and place the bowl of pudding on it. Cover the bowl with a lid or a steam cloth. Now boil water in a large pot and steam the bowl of pudding for 20-25 minutes. Check with a knife or toothpick. If the knife comes out clean, the pudding is done.

03 Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.

No, I did not have any difficulty in making this recipe. Because every ingredient of this recipe like eggs and milk is usually available in everyone's house. Because eggs and milk are available in almost every house. So such a delicious recipe can be made with the things near our house. Such a recipe can be made in very less time. So family members love to eat it very much. If suddenly guests come, then a simple pudding can be made with few ingredients. Then everyone will like it very much. It will save my own time and others will also like it. So I have no difficulty making this type of recipe. I try to make this kind of recipe with pleasure.

04 What are nutritious benefits of your dessert?

Steamed egg pudding is a delicious dish. However, this recipe, like any pudding, maintains a silky texture in the mouth and is therefore good for patients with chewing and swallowing problems due to its smoothness. It is a good source of protein for muscle health and satiety and contains vitamins such as A, B12, D and riboflavin.
