Recently, I visited the Plus Point outlet at Finlay Square City to avail of their 50% discount offer. I wanted to see if this discount was truly "value for money" for customers or if it was just a way to deceive people by selling old and rejected products under the offer of a sale. Since I visited the outlet to take the offer, I will pin their location on Steem Atlas and share my experience for other customers.

Plus Point is one of the leading fashion brands in our country, specializing in men's clothing and outfits. Over the past few years, I have been very satisfied with their products because their fabric quality is top-notch, and they are among the best brands for fashionable designs.

They have two outlets in Chattogram, and I visited the one in Finlay Square City Shopping Center. I learned from their Facebook page that they were offering a 50% discount on all products across all outlets. Without delay, I visited their outlet one afternoon this week.

Plus Point offers men's shirts, polos, T-shirts, jeans, gabardines, and other accessories. For this offer, they included many winter collections such as jackets, shackets, hoodies, and sweatshirts. Their products have fixed prices, and as a brand shop, the prices are relatively higher than normal stores.

The interior design of their outlets is undoubtedly excellent; however, in this post, I won't just talk about their facilities or interior, but specifically about their recent 50% discount. Firstly, I believe customers should think carefully before jumping into such offers; otherwise, they might get cheated while trying to buy their favorite products.

I should mention that I visited on the second day of the offer. Many of the designs they promoted on their website or Facebook page were not available in the store. This might have been specific to the outlet I visited, but after reading reviews from others later, I learned that most of the new designs were either not kept in the outlets or went out of stock on the first day.

I frequently visit their stores even when I don't buy anything, and I always keep an eye on their new products online, so I am familiar with most of their collections. Honestly, while trying to buy products during the sale, I saw mostly old stock. Those who go to the outlet hoping to buy new designs will be disappointed.

Regardless, I bought two polo T-shirts at the offer price. They gave me intact products at the time of purchase, but after bringing them home, I noticed some inconsistencies in the stitching on one side of a polo and experienced issues like loose threads. When I contacted the outlet immediately, they informed me that products bought under an offer cannot be exchanged or returned.

Customers who go to buy products during a sale also pay for them, but the behavior of the staff made it feel as though customers were there to get products for free. On the day I visited, a lady had some confusion regarding the size of a polo for her child, and I did not see the staff behave in a friendly or helpful manner toward her.

Perhaps everyone might not have the same experience, but customers visit a brand store like Plus Point to buy their favorite premium clothing. When such a tempting 50% discount is offered, customers flock there, but many end up returning disappointed.

In my opinion, it seems they are clearing out last year's old designs and rejected products at 50% off to make room for new designs for the upcoming Eid. I believe instead of rushing into such tempting offers, it is better to verify and choose quality products carefully.
