I start by wishing all Steemit friends good health. Welcome everyone to the Steemit Challenge Season 30 application. I have come up with a great theme for the engagement application. Currently, different types of desserts have become popular in almost all countries of the world. Different types of tempting desserts are available in different restaurants or hotels and roadside hotels.

Dessert dishes look very delicious, tempting. This food is a convenient food for a busy life and it is portable. Almost all types of people, from young to old, eat different types of dessert dishes. Dessert food recipes can be made by yourself, so there is no need to take the help of AI to make these recipes. Here everyone will make and write food according to their skills and their own techniques.

I have discussed the recipes separately in detail for the weekly competition. Every week we will learn to make delicious and tempting dessert food recipes.

Weekly	Recipe	Description
First Week	Carrot Rasmalai	The recipe is made with carrots, sugar, milk and some other ingredients and the recipe can be made at home by using the ingredients of the recipe in perfect proportions.
Second Week	Coconut Pudding	Dab pudding is made wonderfully with dab and agar agar powder and it is quite delicious to eat.
Third Week	Paise recipe	The recipe is made with a mixture of rice, milk, sugar and and some other ingredients.
Fourth Week	Malai Cake	This recipe is delicious to eat and looks quite tempting. This great recipe is made with some ingredients like milk, sugar and bread.
Fifth Week	Sabudana Dessert	This recipe is made with the main ingredient sabudana along with milk, sugar and some other fruits.
Week 6	Jorda Rice	A popular dish among Bengalis is Jorda Rice, and it is made with essential ingredients and a special cooking technique.

Here I will look at the creativity of the winners' recipe presentation and the quality of the post. All work evaluations will be counted as the final score.
