SLC27-W6 // "Traditional Desserts "
Hello dear friends,
How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the third week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S27/W6, organized by the Honorable teacher @suboohi ma'am. She has brought us a delicious dessert, whose name is "Traditional Desserts". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

There are many traditional desserts in our country that, on the one hand, bring new flavors to the food, and on the other hand, provide satisfaction to the food. Desserts play a special role in making the meal complete. Especially during guest receptions, birthdays, weddings, Muslim religious festivals, New Year's Day, and family gatherings, no event can be imagined without these desserts. I have mentioned the names of some such delicious desserts-like
- Payes.
- Lachcha Semai,
- Nawabi Semai,
- Kheer
- Rasgolla,
- Chamcham,
- Chhana
- Booter Halwa,
- Carrot Halwa, etc.
Yes, I sometimes make various desserts at home. I usually make various desserts on the occasion of family gatherings or to make the weekends more enjoyable, as well as to make the ordinary holidays extraordinary.

In the last episode of the 27th Steemit Challenge, the respected teacher @suboohi ma’am has gifted a delicious and tasty dessert. Now, according to his instructions, I will make delicious kheer. Before starting the kheer, I am presenting its ingredients.
Ingredients to make the delicious desserts:-

Now I am going to make delicious kheer using the above ingredients.

- Before starting the dessert, I soak the almonds in water.
- I wash 100 grams of polau rice with clean water and soak it in water for some time.

- Now I put 1 kg of liquid milk from the refrigerator in a pan and put it on the stove, and let it boil.
I stir the milk now and then so that the milk does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

- Now I add 2 cardamoms to the milk, peel off the cardamom pods a little so that the smell of the cardamom will spread in the milk.

- Now I put the cleaned and washed polao rice in the blender and blend for about 30 seconds. During this time, the polao rice will be half broken,

- Once the rice is blended, I pour it into a bowl and put the milk on the stove to boil, add sugar in the milk, and keep stirring.
- Now I add the rice to the slightly thickened milk and keep stirring well.
- When the milk starts to thicken, the mixture of milk and rice should be stirred frequently so that the rice and milk do not stick to the pan under any circumstances.

- When the rice and milk thicken, it takes the form of kheer, then I pour it into a bowl.

- Now, wash the raisins with water and remove the dirt. Now, decorate the kheer made with raisins.
I made the kheer for the Steemit challenge, so I made the first letter "S" of Steemit with the help of raisins.

- I also cut the wooden nuts into long pieces. Now, I decorate them beautifully around the kheer lamp. And present it.

Desserts are a favorite food of me and my family members. Whenever we all get together, there will be some dessert. Besides, kheer is one of my favorite desserts. It is prepared occasionally. So, while making today's dessert, there was no problem.
Besides, the respected teacher @suboohi ma’am has beautifully presented the tutorial on making kheer. By following my own experience and the rules shown by the teacher, I was able to make delicious and tasty kheer very easily, and did not face any difficulty.

I have already said that kheer is my and my family's favorite food. I also know that it is difficult to find a person who does not like kheer. That means that kheer is the favorite food of most people.
I sometimes make kheer at home, then everyone accepts the taste of kheer with enthusiasm. I want to serve this delicious kheer during various family functions, weddings, and birthdays. I know that any guest who gets the taste of delicious kheer made with a lot of milk will enjoy its taste with all his heart, so I want to make kheer again and again for various functions.
