The bird shop located on the busiest road in Mirpur 1 is well-known to local bird lovers. The beauty, calls, and variety of colors of the birds are striking, as is the care of the shopkeeper. I love birds myself, so whenever I get a chance to visit the shop, I spend some time there. This time, I will highlight that experience.

Shop environment

The shop is small but beautifully decorated. The colorful cages can be seen from the outside, and when I enter, the chirping of different species of birds brings the whole place to life. There is adequate lighting in the shop, so the colors of the birds can be clearly seen. The place is kept as clean as possible; the cages are cleaned daily, so the smell is not too bothersome. There is a fan inside, which keeps the temperature a little cool, although it can be a bit uncomfortable if crowded on hot days. Overall, the environment is lively, colorful, and good for bird lovers. Whenever I go to such an environment, my mind is at ease.

The service of the shop is really commendable. The owner has a good understanding of birds. He explains in detail which birds are suitable for beginners, which food they eat. He also advises on bird care, how to decorate the cage, what to do if they are sick. He also gives a lot of time for 2-3 days of follow-up after purchasing the bird; If necessary, they guide you when you call. Customer service is polite, patient and helpful.

Facilities

There is not much space to sit in the store, but you can see everything comfortably standing. There is a facility of payment through mobile bKash/cash. Anyone can pay online if they want. Small carton boxes are provided for transporting birds. So that buyers can take the birds home neatly. If necessary, they also trim the birds' nails or do some minor maintenance work. And they advise very nicely on how to take care of the birds.

Personal experience

As soon as I entered the shop, I could hear the chirping of birds. This time, I wanted to see a pair of budgerigars. The shopkeeper patiently showed me birds of different colors and explained their behavior. I noticed that the birds were healthy, their eyes were bright, and their feathers were clean. I was filled with joy after seeing the birds. Looking at the rest, it seemed that the shopkeeper takes great care of the birds. After talking to the shopkeeper, I realized that he really loves birds. While choosing a cage, he also gave me the right advice according to the size of my room. Overall, my experience was very positive. When I left the shop, I felt that it would be better to come back and spend some time there.
