This is the Charmatha intersection of Parbatipur upazila of Dinajpur district, and near the Independence Pillar. This terminal is located in Palkendra, Parbatipur. From here, you can reach all over Bangladesh. The Parbatipur bus terminal is located in a very convenient location for If someone is travelling from Dhaka to Rangpur or to Saidpur on a train heading towards Panchagarh, they can get down at Parbatipur Railway Station and take a van or rickshaw from Shaheed Minar in front of the station to Parbatipur Terminal. Then from Parbatipur Terminal, they can go to Saidpur or Rangpur.

This station was built a long time ago because there was a coal mine in a place called Parbatipur Barapukuria. Due to the coal mine, traders from far and wide used to travel from ancient times. Its bus terminal was built in the heart of Parbatipur Municipality. At that time, the bus was popularly called Muri Tin. The upazila next to Parbatipur is Saidpur. Saidpur is located in Nilphamari district. Saidpur and Parbatipur are railway towns. Many people during the British era used to work in the railways and enjoyed the benefits of the terminal since ancient times. One of the means of transportation from Parbatipur to Saidpur was this Muri Tin bus.

Buses run from here every half hour. The buses here are mostly local, but there are also intercity buses. The bus station, meaning the terminal, is open 24 hours a day. Long-distance buses arrive at night, so this terminal is kept open all the time.

There are tamarind trees at the terminal where there is always shade. The drivers and helpers rest here, a very comfortable place, especially on hot days.

Parbatipur Bus Terminal has the facility to travel all over Bangladesh and if you want to travel from here to India, you can also go to India, but you must have a valid passport. This terminal has a 24-hour emergency power supply and is this terminal under CCTV cameras? There is a night guard in the terminal, which is a very vigilant guard of the security of all terminals.This terminal has its own building and also has facilities for overnight stays. There are terminals, shops, restaurants, and hotels nearby. It is an ideal terminal with everything.

Which are again facilities for passengers, if the bus arrives late than the specified time, then the passenger can wait and there are toilets for the passengers to relieve themselves in the natural call, but if you want to use the toilet here, you have to pay a certain price.

There are numerous porters here who load and unload passengers' luggage. They can earn 300 to 400 taka per day with which they support their families. They also travel from here to Dhaka by bus every day and to Parbatipur.

The services of the bus owners' association are very good and they are very aware that this is public transport. Of course, the main thing here is to use it. People are now less dependent on buses, so the drivers and helpers are very polite. The bus service of Parbatipur is very good. I sometimes travel by bus from Saidpur to Parbatipur. I find it very pleasant.
