I'm starting by wishing all my Steemit friends good health. Today for the first week I will be participating in a great engagement challenge. The theme of the engagement challenge is SLC28-W1 // "Shami Kebab". The engagement challenge is hosted by sister @jimiaera02 and I thank her for organizing this great competition. This recipe looks very tempting and delicious. So let's get started.

Of course, I have tried making Shami Kabab at home before. Inshallah it has happened. When we take the step of making a new thing, there is a lot of fear in our mind. The first reason for that is whether the thing will be made. We take any step with a lot of fear. When we see that the thing is made very well. In that case, we feel a lot of joy. So the first day I tried to make Shami Kabab. I worked with a lot of fear. When I saw that the food was very tasty and delicious. Then the enthusiasm and interest to try the thing again and again increased. The most important thing is that I like to hear my family's praise, whether it is by cooking or by using it. People are identified by use. When I cook different types of food, my family has a lot of hope to enjoy them. I like to make different types of recipes and try to enjoy my family. It is with joy. First I will soak it for 5 to six hours. So that the chickpeas get soft and soft. And it is very convenient for me to cook. If you soak it like this, the chickpeas will become very soft while cooking. So I soaked it for quite some time.

To make Shami Kabab. Then I cut the meats into small pieces. So that the meats get cooked very quickly. Very easily

Then I increased the heat of the stove. Then there I added turmeric powder, chili powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste. Mix everything and started cooking the chickpeas and meats.

Then I started waiting for quite some time to cook them. They got cooked very nicely in about half an hour. I soaked them for quite some time. Which was not difficult for me. And the chickpeas and meat were cooked very easily. And that was on a very low heat.

At this stage, I will blend the boiled meat and chickpeas in a blender. Then I will put the shami kebab mixture in a bowl. Then I will mix an egg, chopped onion, chopped green chili and chopped coriander leaves in the mixture.

Then I will try to make shami kebabs with my hands. In a round shape. And I will make one by one and arrange it in the middle of a plate.

Then I will put the griddle on the stove and then add some oil there. I will leave the Shami kebabs and then the kebabs made by my hands in the oil. Then I will turn them over and fry them until they turn reddish.

Maybe everyone is waiting for the final one. It looks pretty good, but it is not bad at all. It is very delicious to eat.
