What kind of service zone did you reviewed? Where is it located? Share a brief description of the service zone.

The type of service zone I visit is Bovas Filling Station. This station has been operated for a long time and is situated along Adewole Road here in Ilorin. The main products they sell are petroleum, lubricating oil, and diesel. Many customers who own cars, tricycles, and motorcycles keep patronizing them because their litre is of good quality and suitable for every motorable. Their products sell faster because they are reliable and trustworthy. They have various branches in Nigeria, especially in the southern part of the country.

The place where they are situated is at a T junction and not far from the market, which is why it is very easy for commercial drivers to patronize what they are selling within the station.

What are the facilities like there? For example, customer service, item list, prices etc. (with pictures + videos + descriptions).

'They have good facilities in place. They have a good office where customers can enter and discuss business with the head of the branch. There is availability of toilets and water for everyone in order to create convenience for their customers. They sell their products at lower prices, unlike others who increase their prices. This pricing allows customers to buy whatever they need and continue their journey.

All the workers working in this station perform their duties effectively, attending to every customer in a unique way. I have not seen them abuse their customers, which shows they are friendly human beings.

The price of their product are describe below

Discuss in detail the environmental situation of the Emergency Service Zone.

1000104139.jpg1000104144.jpg

The environmental situation of this emergency services zone is sometimes not favourable because the residents living beside this filling station may not rest due to the noise that comes out from their customers' cars and motorcycles. Even smoke from their generators, cars, or motorcycles can pollute the air.

In fact, it would contribute to health challenges for people once they heal that smoke through the nose.

Another thing I also observed positively in that environment is that they make everything conducive for their customers because their premises are well floored with cement and sand, which makes it convenient for their customers to buy their products and continue their journey.

What kind of service did you receive there? Do you think any steps should be taken to improve customer service in this emergency service zone?Share a brief description of your opinion.

I think I bought fuel about three times from their station; all their workers are so friendly, always welcoming every worker with a smile. Sometimes, I normally pass this route with cars, and whenever I notice that the fuel is giving me an indication that it is about to finish, I will quickly branch into their filling station and purchase their fuel.

They offer both online payment options for customers who don't have cash with them; once the customers explain this to them, they will not hesitate to accept it. Their environment is neat, and it's a sign that they are among the best in terms of selling high-quality products.
