SLC29-W1 || Fast Food Recipe :- Fuchka-Chatpati Recipe
Hello friends,
Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Today I am back with a very interesting homemade recipe post. I really enjoy making and sharing interesting recipes with you. So I always try to make my own favorite recipes. Today I made homemade chapati too. And I have loved eating this chapati since my childhood. When I was a child, I would often go to Chatpati uncle's place in front of the school to eat chapati.
Because when I went to school, I felt like my day would not be good without eating chapati. And now I don't eat outside much. So I always try to remember my childhood memories and make and eat anything with my own hands. And I really enjoyed making and sharing this interesting chapati and sharing the recipe with you. I hope you will also like it very much after seeing this post of mine.
Ingredients
• Egg | 1 gram
• Chatpati Masala | As per measure
• Potato | 2-3 pieces
• Boot | 200 grams
• Magic Masala 1 piece
• Bit Salt | As per taste
• Onion | 1 piece
• Green Chilli | 2-3 pieces
• Coriander leaves | As per measure
• Lemon | 2 pieces
• Tomato | 2 pieces
• Cucumber | 1 piece
• Salt | As per taste
• Water | As per measure
Details :
First, I washed the potatoes and beans thoroughly in a pot, added water to boil, and put them on the stove to boil.
Then I boiled the boots for a while. Then I added the hot spices, a pinch of salt, and magic spices to the boiled boots and stirred them well.
Then, after adding all the spices, I added the boiled potatoes, stirred well again, and cooked for a while.
Then I took the boiled beans with all the spices, little by little, into a beautiful bowl.
Then I put a small amount of chopped potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions in the boot for decoration.
Then I added chopped green chilies and chopped coriander leaves. Then I squeezed a little lemon juice on top.
Then, at the very end, I decorated the top of the chatpati beautifully with egg yolks.

I always like to make any kind of recipe at home. I always try to try different types of recipes. So that I can make and eat my favorite things. Because eating anything prepared in a homemade way rather than outside food is good for the body. That is why there was no difficulty in making this recipe because I had this boot and the rest of the ingredients at home. I only had to buy the chattopi spices from outside. Moreover, I have made chattopi like this at home several times before. That is why I like to eat the prepared things very much. And I also felt very happy to make this delicious recipe and share it with you. That is why I feel very satisfied by making this delicious recipe.
✅ 3. If you had to share this recipe with a friend on Steemit, who would you share it with and why? (2 marks)
I always try to make different types of recipes to feed my family. I especially like feeding my family. Moreover, if someone from our family on this platform can make and feed them with their own hands, it will be doubly good. So I first shared this delicious recipe with my friend @jannat7. Because they are also my family members. But even if I couldn't feed people far away, I tried to feed people close to me. But they couldn't eat because they weren't close. I want to make and feed them something with my own hands later. And all of us in the family had a lot of fun eating this chattopi. It was really fun to eat.

@bdwomen wow! 1 gram egg! In your street food and the spice you mentioned (Chatpati Masala)
Is it only available in your country or also in other regions? Just a bit curious as a food blogger! Where do you use fuchka in your recipe? Because if you named the recipe as per your choice, then let being an Asian highlight fuchka itself is a very famous street food separately, and tamarind pulp is commonly used in the making of water of fuchka along with kafir lime!
You didn't use any of the above, and the quantity is also incomplete; the number of people it serves is not provided. But best of luck with your recipe, which is beyond cooking experience!
In Bengali, we simply call this street food"Ghugni!"
In English we call it, curry made with yellow/white peas with spices!
Best of luck!
