Task 01

How I Did Deep Breathing Exercises 4-4-4 Step by Step

  • I sat in a completely quiet place, kept my back straight, and closed my eyes so that I could concentrate better.

  • I inhaled slowly through my nose for 4 seconds.

  • I did not rush at all. I exhaled very slowly for 4 seconds.

  • After each round, I took a break of about 5 seconds so that my body could remain normal.

  • I did this 8 times. After a few rounds, I started to feel calm. At the very final stage, I felt a deep sense of peace in my mind. Along with that, my body felt quite refreshed.

What I Felt for Real

  • All the thoughts in my head disappeared in an instant.

  • I felt a different kind of happiness in my lungs, and along with that, my heartbeat started working much better and more normally.

  • After that, when I looked at anything, I felt a different kind of joy. My mind felt completely fresh.

  • My back became completely straight, which helped my body function much better, and the pain in my hands and neck was greatly reduced.

Benefits Which I Notice

  • The thoughts that were in my head disappeared instantly.

  • After doing this, I felt a unique calmness in my mind, and I found joy in everything I looked at.

  • I was completely relieved from all kinds of worries and stress.

  • After doing this, it felt like a very good time had entered my life, and I felt like the happiest person at that moment.

  • I had done this a few times before, but when I did it before going to sleep, I noticed that I could sleep very peacefully.

  • Along with that, when I go out in the morning, I try to enjoy the beautiful natural air, which makes my mind even more refreshed.

Task 02

Story: Arrogance

There was a man named Rimon. In the beginning, he was very poor and did not do any kind of work. His family always asked him to work, but he did not do anything. He depended only on his father’s and brothers’ income.

Gradually, he grew older, and the responsibility of the family came onto his shoulders. His brothers became quite weak, and their income was no longer sufficient. Only the eldest brother managed everything and fed everyone.

So, he thought that since he was working hard to support his brothers and manage the entire family, it would be good if he could help one of his brothers get a good position by doing something meaningful.

Then he planned to send that brother, Rimon, abroad. He completed all the arrangements, and one day Rimon left the country and went abroad. There, he started working, and slowly his income increased.

When he started earning a lot of money, he no longer valued his brother—the brother who had sent him abroad and raised him with so much effort for so many years. Rimon could not tolerate him anymore.

Whenever Rimon’s elder brother asked him for money, he would say that he would not give that much. He refused to help his brother in any way. Instead, he gave money to other people and friends, and proudly said that he was very wealthy and a big person.

This arrogance gradually led him toward destruction. As he went further and further in arrogance, his brother realized that he had become very arrogant and thought it would be better to leave him alone. When he learned his lesson, he would eventually correct himself.

For a long time, Rimon continued to show off his wealth. But eventually, his money ran out completely. He broke down entirely and became mentally unstable, almost like a mad person. Then he returned to his country and went back to his brother.

When he returned to his brother, his brother provided him with various exercises and different therapies and was able to solve his mental problems. After some time, when Rimon fully recovered, he admitted that he had made a mistake and that his actions had caused his brother great pain. He promised that he would never hurt his brother again and that he would stay there and work hard to manage everything.

We all know that arrogance leads to downfall. Many people become arrogant, but when they are completely destroyed, they face various mental problems. These mental problems are resolved only through natural exercises and natural therapy.

Lessons Learned

  • Arrogance truly brings a different kind of negative thinking and a trivial mindset into the mind.

  • Due to arrogance, people stop considering others as human beings and think only of themselves as everything.

  • When downfall comes after arrogance, a person becomes almost like a madman, and there is nothing left to do.

  • When arrogance makes people lose touch with reality, the Creator teaches them a lesson and brings them back to their rightful place.

Task 03

Mistakes and What Should Have Been Done

Parents

  • Mistake: Their constant quarrels, blaming each other daily, and neglecting Sneha.

  • What they should have done: They should not have argued. Even if they had to argue, they should not have done it in front of Sneha. They should have shown her love and affection.

Sneha

  • Mistake: Considering herself as garbage of this world and choosing suicide as her path to freedom.

  • What she should have done: She should have shared her feelings with her family, relatives, or close people so that someone could comfort and motivate her.

Family Members

  • Mistake: Constantly neglecting, ignoring, and disrespecting her for her problems.

  • What they should have done: They should have loved her and kept her happy so that she could forget her problems and live a beautiful life.

Father (At the End)

  • Mistake: Realizing his responsibility only after his daughter collapsed into death.

  • What he should have done: He should have talked to his daughter, understood what she wanted, and paid close attention to whether she was suffering from depression or any negative situation.

My Thoughts

Parents’ quarrels and their neglect toward each other deeply affect children. When children witness these things, they think they are the cause of everything. In Sneha’s case, she was directly targeted, which created a different kind of thinking in her mind.

She needed love, affection, and care, but she received none of those. Instead, she received neglect, ignorance, and disrespect. As a result, she started to think of herself as the garbage of the world and believed that everything was happening because of her. Many destructive thoughts entered her mind, leading her to believe that she should not live anymore. As a result, she made a wrong decision and could never recover from it.

Your writing is very comprehensive, thoughtful and touching. The simplicity and detail with which the deep breathing exercise is described is truly admirable, as this method is very effective in reducing stress in practice. The story on pride also gives a strong lesson that when a man thinks he is everything, he eventually suffers, whereas humility is the key to real success. Also your thinking on Sneha's case is very sensitive and close to reality, highlighting the responsibility of parents and family. Overall your post beautifully highlights aspects of mental health, feeling and learning, great effort.
