Four Star Electric Store
01 What kind of Small Business shop have you visited? Briefly introduce yourself.
I chose a small shop called Four Star Store to take part in this contest. It is mainly an electronics shop where you can find all kinds of electrical and electronic products. The shop is located in Parbatipur, in the New Market area. If you ask anyone around New Market, they can easily show you the shop. If you are coming from outside, you can get down at the station and walk about five minutes to the east, and you will find it. It is quite a popular shop in the area.

What I like most about this shop is that they sell a wide variety of products at affordable prices. The quality of the items is also good, which makes customers trust them. The owner of the shop is Dinesh Chandra Das, and he runs the business together with his brothers. The shop is clean, well organized, and nicely decorated. Since it sells electronic items, there is plenty of lighting inside, which makes the shop look bright and attractive.

The main job of the owner and the staff in this shop is to provide electronic products according to the customers’ needs. They keep many different kinds of electrical items that we use in our daily life. Customers come here and choose or order what they need, and the owner and employees try their best to supply those items. I noticed that their service quality is really good. Whenever someone asks for a product, they try to arrange it quickly and efficiently.

Another great thing about this shop is that they sell both wholesale and retail. They treat customers very politely, which makes the shopping experience even better. The owner is especially kind and friendly, and he speaks in such a nice way that customers feel comfortable and want to come back again. One of the biggest advantages of this shop is that you can get good quality products at low prices. They also offer replacement options if any product becomes faulty after purchase, which makes the shop more trustworthy.
03 What is the main products of this shop?
The main products available in this shop are bulbs, wires, switches, and fans. Besides these, there are many other electronic items that we need for daily use at home. However, the items I mentioned are the most important ones because we use them regularly in our everyday life. For example, bulbs and fans are essential for our homes, and it is very difficult to manage daily activities without them. That is why these products are considered the main items in the shop.

After visiting this shop, I had a really good experience. In my opinion, this is one of the best shops in the New Market area of Parbatipur. I have shopped here before, and every time I bought products at a low price and used them at home, they lasted for a long time. Since electrical items can get damaged easily, it is important to buy them from a reliable shop. That is why I always try to buy these products from here.

Another reason I like this shop is that all the products are from good brands, and customers are never cheated. They run their business honestly and treat people fairly. If any product gets damaged after purchase, they give an option to replace it, which I really appreciate. Because of these reasons, I feel confident buying from this shop. Based on my experience, I can say that this is one of the best shops in our town.
