First of all, thank you @dasidi & @lirvic for organizing this competition. I feel very happy to participate in this competition. Although I have spent some time participating in this competition. Anyway, I tried to participate in this competition. Actually, I like participating in all competitions. Anyway, without further ado, let's start the review of today's shop.

The shop I am reviewing today is a spice shop. The name of this shop is Akij Grocery and Spice Shop. It is located in Daganbhuiyan Upazila of Feni District. It is a big shop on the right side after entering Daganbhuiyan Namar Bazar Road. It is located next to the fish market. This shop is open from nine in the morning to ten at night.

Here are the spice items starting from other grocery items. Here I am mentioning the names of a few of the different types of items. These are rice, lentils, flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, whole garlic, basmati rice, cumin powder, ginger. There are also some spices for cooking different types of meat. Such as Jaiphal, Jayatri, Star Masala, Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon etc. There are also many other things, these are cooking oil, hair oil, soap, soap powder, shampoo, chapatti, powdered milk, sugar, tomato sauce, chili sauce etc. There are many more things that I have mentioned in the picture. There are so many things here that I will not finish naming them.

The payment method here is done in cash. Since these shops are local shops and there is no need to buy many things here, the method of paying in cash is common here. However, if someone has done a lot of shopping, then they can give them money through bKash with their number.

That is why it is a very popular shop. And it is a shop we know. I like the services here very much. They serve their customers very carefully. Also, since it is a roadside shop and a big and open shop, everyone shops from here. They always have new customers here. They have many regular customers here, who always shop from here.

In particular, they have the most spice items here. Here, you can find different types of spices for cooking all kinds of meat, including pork, chicken, beef. Especially, there are different types of spices for cooking duck. In addition, they sell ready-made spices here. So that when cooking something, you can cook it with a packet of spices. This makes cooking much easier. This seems to me to be a very good aspect. Apart from spices, there are also different types of things that they try to keep good quality. In addition, they have a lot of collections of all kinds of things here. That's why no customer here comes back to them. Considering all these aspects, I can give their shop four out of five.

We need many spices in our house every day. Such as black pepper, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, etc. There are also many other spices that are essential in our kitchen. These are very important to have in our pantry. That is why they need to be stocked all the time. Because these things are always useful for everyone. We also need these things all the time. If we need them, we can easily buy these things from their shop.

Since we are Bengalis, we prefer to eat Bengali food. However, foreign foods are prepared in various restaurants in Bangladesh. Besides, many people also prepare foreign dishes at home. These spices are needed in all domestic and foreign cuisines. The ones we need for Bengali cooking are turmeric, chili, cumin, black pepper, etc. There are also many other types of spices that are used in our Bengali cooking.
