I am @boishakhi123, a member of the Steemit platform. I joined this platform to share my feelings and likes with this platform. Today I came up with a recipe post.

First of all, @selina1 thank you for organizing this competition. I have come to participate in today's competition with another recipe.

The recipe that I have prepared to participate in the competition today is a sandwich. This is a very popular dish. It requires only a few ingredients to make it. If we have these ingredients at home, we can make it in a short time. We can easily make these dishes at home without eating fast food from outside. However, today I am sharing in detail how I made this recipe. Since we do not need much time to make it, you should try to make it at home at least once a day. I hope you will benefit from my recipe.

Chicken	6 Piece
Bread	6 Piece
Garlic	1/2 tbsp
Ginger	1/2 tbsp
Tomato sauce	1 tbsp
Salt	1 tsp
Mayonnaise	1/2 cup
Onion	2 pieces
Black pepper	1 tbsp

First, I took a pot of water to boil the meat and put the pieces of meat in it. Then I added all the spices like pepper, ginger, garlic, salt and all these ingredients.

Then I mixed the spices and ingredients well with the meat, turned on the stove, and boiled them for about 10 to 15 minutes. Once cooked, I took them out and put them on a plate to cool.

Now I heated oil in a pan and fried the capsicum slices for a while. I fried them for about two minutes. Then after the meat pieces cooled down, I took them out of the basket with the help of a slotted spoon.

After browning the meat, I added chopped onion, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, and pepper.

Then I added salt, lemon juice, and capsicum and mixed these ingredients well with the meat using a slotted spoon.

Now I heated oil in another pan and fried the breads for a while.

Now I took one bread and put the meat mixture on it. I put more meat mixture around the bread. Now I put another bread on top of the meat mixture and mixed tomato sauce. In this way I have made a sandwich. I have made the other sandwiches in this way.

2. Do you think homemade chicken sandwich is healthier than buying it from outside? Why?

Any fast food item made at home is very good for us. We do not know how these fast foods are made in shops or restaurants outside. However, in some places they are made in a healthy way. But still if we make these things at home, then they are not very harmful to our health. And the ingredients that we have used here to make sandwiches will not harm us. Because all these ingredients are very beneficial for our health. And sandwiches do not require much frying. They are made with boiled meat and bread. So I think it is a fast food food that is beneficial for our health.

Of all the ingredients used in the recipe, some of the ingredients were at my house and some were not. However, not many ingredients are needed to make this sandwich. Here, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, bread, chicken, ginger, garlic are needed. All these ingredients are available at our house. However, bread is not available. So I collected this bread and then made it. I have given the price list of all the ingredients used in this recipe below:
