First of all, I would like to thank @jimiaera02 for organizing such a wonderful contest. Jali kebab is a kebab that is very delicious to eat for an afternoon snack. Jali kebabs in particular are very tasty to eat. I once made vegetable jali kebabs a long time ago. However, I would not have understood that chicken jali kebabs are also so fun to eat if I had not made them this time. It has also been made with beef a long time ago. However, because it is made with chicken, it is made very easily and in a short time. Because in the case of beef, the blender time is a lot of trouble. That is why I tried this jali kebab with chicken. In the case of kebabs, I like it much better when I add onion paste than raw onion. That is why I mainly used onion paste. Everyone liked this kebab after eating it. And they asked me to make it like this again. Actually, my son really likes such foods. Moreover, everyone loves to eat such delicious kebabs during this mild winter. Anyway, without further ado, let me share the process of making kebabs.

Ingredients required for making Jali Kebab

Step-1

First, I blended the chicken. I took them in a bowl. Then I added onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, meat masala, salt, and pepper powder.

Step-2

Then I added chopped green chilies, mint leaves, and tomato sauce.

Step-3

In this step, I soaked the bread in water for a little while, then squeezed the water out of the bread with my hands and added it to the mixture. Then I mixed all the ingredients together well.

Step-4

I took a little bit of this mixture in my hand. Then I made a shape by rounding it well and flattening it. Then I dipped them in biscuit crumbs and kept them all together.

Step-5

I broke the egg in a bowl. Then I beat it well. Then I put oil in a pan on the stove. When the oil is hot, I take the kebab and dip it in the egg and then put it in it.

Step-6

I made these kebabs one by one like this and then fried them well for a while. So that the entire kebab was fried well. After that, I took it out of the oil and placed it on a tissue. So that it absorbs the excess oil.

Final result

Now I decorated the kebabs beautifully. It was incredibly fun to eat them.

Actually, I had many problems while blending beef in a blender. So this time I made it with chicken. In this case, there was no problem. And the processing of making jali kebab is very easy. This kebab is ready when you mix everything together, make a shape and fry it. That is why there was no problem in making kebabs. It was much more fun. However, I have to face a problem when making every special thing. That is, my son keeps coming to the kitchen and bothers me. Because if I tell him that I am making something for him, then he gets very happy and keeps coming to the kitchen. However, it often becomes a risk when frying in oil or working with fire. That is why it can be said that although there is no problem in the processing of cooking, this issue often becomes a problem.
